As you are probably aware my name is Ian Douglas and I am the author of over 15 eBooks comprising the Made Simple series of guides.
Over the years I have found that although my readers originally buy one of my eBooks to help them solve a specific technical problem, they often like my writing style and easy to follow screenshot packed tutorials and usually return to buy more. Then, once they have used my eBooks to solve their problem, they occasionally contact me and admit that they, themselves, often dream about writing and publishing their own book and ask my advice.
I enjoy writing. It is a passion I feel excited about sharing and if my readers sign up to my mentoring service I enjoy working with them as they create, publish and start getting sales for their very own book. It gives me an immense sense of achievement and pride to watch my students grow in confidence as they learn and refine their skills and strive to reach their full creative potential as authors.
I am however aware that not everyone has the time for intense one-on-one product creation mentoring. Also many people already have some writing skills and just need help with one or two aspects of eBook creation. Perhaps they are first class authors and find no problem writing their book but need assistance with the technical stuff like setting up their website, accepting online payments, or installing and configuring affiliate management software so they can pay commission to friends who help them sell their eBook.
I enjoy helping people become successful and helping them strive to reach their full creative potential as authors as they turn their dream into a full time income source. This why I have created this Blog; to create a community of enthusiastic authors willing to share tips, ideas and advice as we help each other along the pathway to financial independence.
